Choir

The Choir is one of the largest organizations at the Church of the Ascension. The purpose of the Choir is to provide music for the services at the Church. Musical offerings come in a variety of forms, including the seasonal Messiah sing-alongs and Lessons and Carols Service. Membership is open to anyone who enjoys singing the music of the Episcopal Church services. 

Rehearsals are Sunday mornings from 10:15 to 11:15.

Music Group

The Church of the Ascension also has a praise band, which leads in singing songs of a more contemporary nature. With guitar, trombone, clarinet, piano, or any combination thereof, it is a lively addition to our services.
