Pre-registration Retreat in Rome & St Paul’s Within the Walls Celebration - May 2026
The Young Adults of the Episcopal Church in Europe Ministry - Youth Sub-Commission are delighted to invite all the Young Adults of the Episcopal Churches of Europe to join us to Celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the Consecration of St Paul’s Within the Walls, by joining us for a Retreat of Young Adults to Rome during Pentecost weekend.
We will appreciate to the Clergy to please share this invitation with the Young Adults of your Congregation.
Dates
· May 22nd - Friday (Arrival) *Preferred arrival, but Saturday is possible
· May 23rd - Saturday
· May 24th - Sunday - Pentecost (Possible return)
· May 25th - Monday (Official return)
Return on Monday, May 25th (towards Rome Train Station or Airport FCO)
If your time is limited and you can’t join the 4 nights : You can arrive Saturday or leave on Sunday. Likewise, you can optionally return on Sunday 20th, just please let us know beforehand (in the form).

Included on the retreat:
3 Nights of Accommodations in Rome
Partial or total funding of your train or flight ticket to Rome
All itinerary transfers and most of meals.
Comprehensive Retreat itinerary : Daily Prayers and Services, Cultural group & Spiritual activities
Official arrival is Friday, May 22nd and return on Monday, May 25th.

Important notes :
A participation fee of 200-350€ will be needed at confirmation *If you need help financing your travel, please mention on the form for scholarship. We will do our best to help.
We will send a final confirmation and registration form
Your church doesn’t need to have an official Young Adults, 20s30s, 20s40s… Ministry or group. All are welcome to come.
We have limited availability (around 14 participants for the retreat)
For people signing up late, we will verify availability and have you on a waiting list.
Please have medical insurance covered
Personal expenses and some meals are not included, so please prepare these extra costs on your own
